No - a unique email address is required for every attendee. This is essential to obtain badge credentials and any important communications about the event.

Roller bags are permitted on the show floor. For convenience, a coat and luggage check will be located near the entrance to the exhibit hall where you can check personal items for $2 per-item (cash-only). 

You can pick up your badge once you arrive at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. Head to the 'Badge Pick Up' counters located in the main registration.

No - each attendee needs their own badge. 

Build Show LIVE aims to be inclusive for all attendees while maintaining accessibility for trade professionals. To achieve this, we have set a more attainable pricing structure for trade professionals, with slightly higher rates for DIY/Homeowners. This approach ensures that we can welcome a diverse audience while preserving the show's primary focus on industry professionals.

Children under age 17 are allowed on the show floor during show days, provided they have a show badge. Children's badges may be obtained complimentary at the registration area onsite.

During exhibit hall move-in and move-out, no one under 17 years of age is allowed on the show floor.

Animals or pets, except Service Animals, are NOT ALLOWED at the event without prior written approval from the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. Service Animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. 

Shuttle service to/from hotels is not provided. Hotels in the Build Show LIVE housing block are within walking distance from the  Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. Taxi and rideshare options are also available. 

Yes, strollers are allowed on the show floor during show days. Children under age 17 are allowed on the show floor during show days, provided they have a show badge. Children's badges may be obtained complimentary at the registration area onsite. During exhibit hall move-in and move-out, no one under 17 years of age is allowed on the show floor, the loading docks, or in convention center service areas; this safety rule is strictly enforced and there are no exceptions.
