Visit the For Exhibitors > Book Your Booth page to get started. To begin, complete a booth application and return it with a deposit ASAP. Once your deposit has been received, you will be assigned a booth, which is done on a first-come, first-served basis.

Exhibitor move-in details for Build Show LIVE 2026 are coming soon.
A booth space typically includes 8’ high black back drape, 3’ high black side dividers, and one 7” x 44” one-line identification sign. Additional furnishings can be ordered through the Exhibitor Resource Center.

Hand-carrying of exhibit materials by full-time employees of the exhibiting company is permitted. Exhibitors may carry items by hand, or use a small two-wheeled dolly to move items. Exhibitors may NOT use flat-bed carts, 4-wheel dollies, pallet jackes, forklifts, or similar means of moving freight. Items that require use of these items to move must be handled by Freeman.Â

Booth design specifications will be available in the Exhibitor Resource Center. If you would like to have your booth design reviewed by our team for approval, please email operations@buildshowlive.com for assistance.Â
For items shipped in and handled by Freeman, storage of empty containers, cartons, and crates is included in the cost for material handling services. Labels for empty containers may be obtained from the Freeman Service Center onsite. Once containers are tagged as "empty", Freeman will remove them from the show floor and place into storage for the duration of the event. Empty containers will be returned to booths at the close of the show, beginning once the aisle carpet is removed. The process of returning empty containers can take up to 5 hours. Empty storage is not provided complimentary for items that are hand-carried into the show by exhibitors.
Standard booth rates are $44.80 per square foot for inline booths and $41.80 per Square foot for island booths, 400+ S.F. Â A $150 corner fee is applicable to inline booths only and the fee is per corner.Â
In addition, all exhibitors are required to have an online company listing for $400. Â For more information or to book a booth, schedule a meeting with one of our account executives.
All exhibitors are required to carry insurance coverages in the amounts listed in your booth space contract; however, it is not necessary to send in a copy of your COI. Â Exhibiting company staff who are installing and dismantling your exhibit onsite should have a copy of your COI. If you need to purchase insurance coverage for the event, low-cost options are available through our official vendor, Brokers Trust.
