Absolutely. If you have your original email confirmation, forward it to CSBuildShowLive@informa.com and include the full name, title, and email address for the person you would like to transfer your registration to. Substitution requests must be made in writing to CSBuildShowLive@informa.com no later than September 10, 2026.

No - a unique email address is required for every attendee. This is essential to obtain badge credentials and any important communications about the event.

Roller bags are permitted on the show floor. For convenience, a coat and luggage check will be located near the entrance to the exhibit hall where you can check personal items for $3 per-item (cash-only). 

You can pick up your badge once you arrive at the Henry B. González Convention Center. Head to the 'Badge Pick Up' counters located in the main registration.

No - each attendee needs their own badge.

With the exception of service assistance dogs and animals participating in contracted events, such as dog, cat or cattle shows, animals for the purpose of exhibition are not permitted in the facilities without prior written approval from the assigned Events Services Coordinator for the specified event.

Shuttle service to/from hotels is not provided. Hotels in the Build Show LIVE housing block are within walking distance from the Henry B. González Convention Center. Taxi and rideshare options are also available. 

Yes, strollers are allowed on the show floor during show days. Children under age 17 are allowed on the show floor during show days, provided they have a show badge. Children's badges may be obtained complimentary at the registration area onsite. During exhibit hall move-in and move-out, no one under 17 years of age is allowed on the show floor, the loading docks, or in convention center service areas; this safety rule is strictly enforced and there are no exceptions.
