Allyson is a Certified Passive House Builder and owns offices in Chicago and Michigan performing custom home renovations and new construction. She negotiates multi-million dollar projects with clients requiring multiple design teams and consultants to execute construction. In this session, Allyson will provide her best practices and insights on how to choose your battles and how to facilitate hard conversations to maintain successful outcomes.
